Finance Planning & Analysis Deputy Manager

Planning & Budgeting:

• Play a key role in modeling of the 5 years business's strategy.
• Annual financial planning & monthly forecasting.
• Control and monitor the implementation of Company's budget plan, request for revising plan when needed.

Management Reporting:

• Manage and oversee the company’s financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor P&L and financial model for all product/channel initiatives.
• IFRS reporting.
• Automate the data to standardize the company’s reports.
• Other ad-hoc analysis & tasks assigned by Manager.

Profitability Management:

• Analyze and evaluate the profitability of each customer, each customer group, each product group and product.
• Develop KPIs incentives policy and perform sales performance measurement for sales staffs.
• Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments to assess performance of units' tasks.
• Review internal policies related to products, advise and implement best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Ability to create reports for business strategy development, increased revenue and effective operating;
• Other ad-hoc analysis & tasks assigned by Manager.

• At least 4 years of experience in a financial managerial position in a financial institution (consumer finance companies, banks, fin-tech companies).
• Master degree or professional certificates such as ACCA, CPA is a plus.
• Experience in IFRS.
• Excellent technical skills: Excel, VBA, SQL, and power BI.
• Intensive knowledge in financial markets, banking, consumer finance, accounting, financial planning, managerial finance and financial analysis.
• Modeling and budgeting skills; conversant with credit models, financial models and systems.
• Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.
• High energy, commitment level and self-motivation.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• English working.
