SALES PLANNING DEPUTY MANAGER

• Sales Performance Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of sales operational activities, including sales performance and operations forecasting. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within sales data to inform strategic decisions.
• Sales Agency and Insurance Management: Oversee the management of sales agencies and insurance companies to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with departmental objectives.
• Project Participation: Collaborate with relevant departments to execute sales projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Establish a reporting mechanism and conduct periodic analyses to monitor operations and sales results for each Business Unit (BU). Develop and maintain a reporting and analysis system to ly update the BOD.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.

1. Education level, certification:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.

2. Experience, Skill:

1. At least 5 years of related experience in sales planning or a similar role.
2. Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent data processing and analysis skills.
4. Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
5. Very strong and solid working experience in Reporting Platform, Data Warehousing and Power BI tools, SQL or Python…
