Card product management and quality management and issue card product quality management include:
- Research, survey the market and competitors, and propose the direction of development of card products and services.
- Assess the effectiveness of current card products and services to propose improvements that coordinate with relevant units to adjust or improve the existing card products and services to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Develop, manage, and develop features, utilities, and business plans of new card products and services. Develop, manage, and produce, allocating the entire process, regulation, seal, publication, and information of the new card products & services to all distribution channels across all communication channels. Fee schedules, exemption policies, and commission policies for card products and services must be created, managed, and adjusted. Build and manage interactive channels, serving customers using card products & services.
- Plan and coordinate with the relevant Dept./Unit in charge of communication and marketing to implement advertising and promotion programs for Card Operations.
- Update and manage product information, promotions, and card utilities on MAFC web/app.
- Statistics and analysis of the behavior of each group of customers to build or adjust the incentive program and products and services accordingly.
- Monitoring the compliance of units in card issuance activities; recommend/warn of violations to ly correct/correct.
- The card quality assessment report is issued and proposes recommendations on risk warnings in card operations, effective compensation solutions in accordance with card business characteristics and legal regulations.
