Marketing Project/ Digital Project Executive

• Research on the business, market, technology, economics, environments, fintech etc., to gather insights and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Support the development of projects from researching, scanning signals, brainstorming, and developing solutions to designing implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Support Project managers in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings/appointment.
• Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables.
• Coordinating project-related events
• Participate in the entire process of projects being allocated.
• Handle incoming internal and external ad hoc requests.

I   Education level, certification

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economic, Lawyer, Finance, Information technology

II.   Experience

• Strong communication skills with different individual.
• Good MS Office or equivalent skills, especially Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word.
• Solid written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in working on project of any subjects, activities, industries.
• Experience in business/ market analysis, business design, and interpretation of a wealth of information from different sources is a plus.
• Experience in any designer, visualizing tools is a plus.
